Came across this little gem this morning when a Facebook friend posted it. Hilarious. We… are… all… the… same.

In Early August, I was so lucky to work on the wedding of Kaity and Geoff with some incredible vendors. Kaity and I spent a long time discussing flowers, the Candy table, a pink and gold colour scheme and so much more. The day turned out to be stunning and she looked incredible, not to mention the dapper groom! From June 21st to June 23rd, I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off working on some amazing events and weddings! Here is a quick run down. It all started on June 21st working on the Booby Couture event happening in Liberty Village at Locus 144. The event raised money and awareness for breast cancer research. I coordinated and styled the models for this event. Special thanks to Jamie at The Collective for getting Electric Blonde Entertainment involved, to Limor Berman and Alexandra Smith for the Hair and Makeup, to Lisa for the incredible real floral bras and bowtie and to our models, Rachelle, Pastel, Melissa and Ryan.

The next day, June 22nd was the Guelph Noon Hour Concert Series. Downtown Guelph is putting on this amazing series every Friday afternoon all summer with a different band to check out each lunch hour. I played an hour long set of both covers and originals with Rich, and my Dad made some special guest appearances which was welcome belated Father’s day Fun!

June 23rd was amazing and stressful all at the same time! During the morning and afternoon, I coordinated a wedding for Cam and Colleen, the most down to earth couple ever! In the afternoon, Emily, one of the other fabulous coordinators for Love by Lynzie, took over. Their day was amazing and colourful and we can’t thank them enough for making us part of it! And, All of these pom poms I folded and fluffed?

And finally, after Cam and Colleen were on their way to a happy successful evening, I headed North to Jackson’s Point where myself, Rich and Jeremy played acoustically for a wedding of about 60 guests. So incredibly fun to crank out classic rock, disco, folk, and pop with just one singer, an acoustic guitar, and a cajon. Here is our final song of the night that we dedicated to the newly married couple, wink wink.
